When you use RSVPRO, we collect:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and profile photo (via Google Sign-In)
• Event Information: Event details, titles, descriptions, dates, locations, and images you create
• RSVP Responses: Guest names, email addresses, and RSVP responses submitted to events you create

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device information (device type, operating system)
• App usage data and analytics
• IP address and general location information

2.3 Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Google Sign-In: For authentication
• RevenueCat: For subscription and payment processing
• Supabase: For secure data storage
• Google Analytics/Firebase: For app analytics and crash reporting

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the RSVPRO service
• Create and manage your event websites
• Process and display RSVP responses to event creators
• Process subscription payments for premium features
• Send important service notifications
• Improve our app and develop new features
• Respond to your support requests

4. Data Visibility and Sharing

4.1 Public Information

The following information is PUBLIC and visible to anyone with the event link:

• Event details (title, description, date, location, photos)
• Event website content you publish
• Custom domain names (if applicable)

4.2 Private Information

RSVP responses are PRIVATE and only visible to:

• The event creator (you, if you created the event)
• RSVPRO developers (for technical support and service maintenance only)

4.3 We Do NOT:

• Sell your personal information
• Share RSVP responses with third parties
• Use your RSVP data for marketing purposes
• Collect or retain RSVP responses beyond providing the service

5. Data Retention

• Event Data: Retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services
• Free User Events: Automatically deleted after 24 hours of creation
• Premium User Events: Retained until you delete them
• RSVP Responses: Retained with the associated event
• Account Data: Retained until you request deletion

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Access Your Data

You can view all your event data and RSVP responses within the app.

6.2 Delete Your Data

You can:

• Delete individual events from your dashboard
• Delete RSVP responses for your events
• Request complete account and data deletion by contacting: dev@rsvpro.site

We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6.3 Opt-Out

You can opt-out of:

• Marketing communications (we send very few)
• Analytics tracking (through device settings)

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/SSL)
• Secure authentication (Google OAuth)
• Regular security updates
• Secure cloud storage with Supabase

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

RSVPRO is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at dev@rsvpro.site.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your country. By using RSVPRO, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside your residence, which may have different data protection rules.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy in the app
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending you an email notification for significant changes
