By downloading, installing, or using RSVPRO ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RSVPRO is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Create event websites and RSVP pages
• Manage guest lists and track responses
• Publish custom event pages
• Access premium features through subscription

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account using Google Sign-In to use RSVPRO. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

3.2 Account Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old to use RSVPRO. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

4. Free vs Premium Features

4.1 Free User Limitations

• Maximum of 1 website at a time
• Events automatically deleted after 24 hours
• Maximum 5 RSVP responses per event
• Ad-supported experience

4.2 Premium Subscription

• Unlimited events
• No 24-hour deletion
• Unlimited RSVP responses
• Custom domain support
• Ad-free experience
• Priority customer support

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

RSVPRO offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly Premium: $4.99/month
• Yearly Premium: $24.99/year
• Lifetime Premium: $34.99 one-time

5.2 Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.

5.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Prices are in USD and may vary by region

5.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's subscription settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.5 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google Play Store or Apple App Store according to their policies. Contact us at dev@rsvpro.site for refund inquiries.

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create (event details, images, descriptions). By using RSVPRO, you grant us a license to:

• Store and display your content
• Process and deliver your content to guests
• Make technical copies as needed for the service

6.2 Content Standards

You agree NOT to create content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringes on others' intellectual property
• Contains malware or malicious code
• Violates others' privacy
• Is spam or misleading

6.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without notice.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Use the App for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Spam or abuse the service
• Scrape or collect user data without permission
• Resell or redistribute the service

8. Intellectual Property

RSVPRO, including its design, features, and code, is owned by RFX Studios. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Remove copyright notices

9. Disclaimers

RSVPRO is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of event information
• Delivery of all RSVP notifications
• Permanent storage of your data

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFX Studios is not liable for:

• Lost data or content
• Missed events or RSVP responses
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RFX Studios from claims arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your content
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of others' rights

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the service

You may terminate your account anytime by contacting us or deleting your account in the app.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. We will notify you by:

• Posting updated terms in the app
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Email notification for significant changes

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quezon City, Philippines.
